Suvide, Suburban Rail UX

Served as lead Interaction designer responsible for user research, experience strategy, and digital interface design. Developed an end-to-end mobile ticketing and travel management prototype integrated with the IRCTC railway system, improving commuter planning and travel. Re-imagined the suburban train's interior infrastructure and added platform connectivity to allow commuters to take personal two-wheelers into the train, bridging shared and personal mobility seamlessly.
