Industry Collaboration UX Research IKEA 2023

Conducted a comprehensive UX research study exploring how cultural behaviors and digital habits shape the adoption of platforms and super apps in India, and what opportunities this opens for IKEA's digital intervention strategy. The research identified how deeply embedded social and technological patterns could inform IKEA's product, service, and market entry design for the Indian context.
